sunday, lovely sunday.

 I love Sundays

(especially Sundays that happen to fall on a long weekend...kind of wish this was one of those, but oh, well...it's beautiful nonetheless)
The sunlight is streaming in the windows and I would be lying if I didn't tell you I was basking in the glow pouring in through the windows as I write this.
There's just something about sunlight that makes me so at peace and grateful.

Got a couple of things going on over here today:

this is in the crockpot, thanks for the inspiration, {Cheryl}

he is in the other room working on his homework (have I mentioned he is brilliant?)

two sleepy kitties are keeping me company while I...

...work on this.

until it's time to work on this

then hopefully tonight there will be time for either this...

or this...

and all the while, feeling very blessed.
