Big Picture Scrapbooking Classes

With the hustle and bustle of Christmas being over and finally getting a few minutes to sit down and reflect, I have begun thinking about my hopes and goals for the New Year. On that list is to find a couple of scrapbooking and photography classes that I love and commit to them.

With so many great ones out there, how do you choose?

One of my personal favorite spots for online learning is Big Picture Scrapbooking. The teachers are amazing, the workload is manageable, the forums are a wealth of support and talent, and best of all, you come away with a new set of skills and fresh perspective on your art.

I have already signed up for the "Get out of Auto Mode" class with Elisha Snow to learn how to use my DSLR more efficiently, but there are a few more I have my eye on...

Inspiration Defined with Elizabeth Dillow

Point of View with Nic Howard

Design Your Life with Cathy Zielske

The Challenge of Me with Lisa Day

I can't possibly take them all with work and school, so I am going to have to make some decisions...any input? Have you taken, or will you be taking any of these?

If you have never taken a class with BPS, but are hesitant to jump right in, you can give it a try with a free workshop.

Please share if you know of any other great online classes, I'd love to check them out!

I agree, I LOVE BPS for all their inspiration and have taken a ton of classes. I've outlined on my blog, just today, a wealth of workshop goodness available - it's entitled "2010 Creative Endeavours". It's just a sampling of what's available. BTW Design Your Life is FANTASTIC and really opened my eyes WIDE!

You came up on my Google Alert tonight, so I thought I would take that as a sign to say take my class ; ) Your blog template is absolutely gorgeous, by the way!

design you life and challenge of me are awesome classes, although I did my usual trick of not finishing either one of them... it depends on what you want from a class... if you just want to scrap, then challenge of me or point of view, the other two if you want to learn something... have fun deciding!

I did design your life, loved it , finished it and use what I learnt everytime I do anything with paper etc. It is a lot of work - 3 layouts a week but well worth it. Cathy Z is a fantastic teacher.

Love BPS! Really like DYL and am signed up for ID. Have taken other classes by Lisa Day and liked them. Can't wait to see what you pick. :)
